My formal schooling in Quito was in Hotel Management. It’s a difficult job and one which requires the ability to manage many different pieces of the lodging “puzzle” successfully at the same time. I have worked in several places related to both Tourism and Customer Service here in Ecuador. It’s my job to see that the tours upon which you embark maximize your value and enjoyment.
